Complete Production Flow
The Ring Die Pellet Production Line is a fully automatic, continuous and large-scale integrated complete equipment system. Adopting various agroforestry wastes and organic solid wastes as raw materials, it undergoes six standardized processes: chipping, drying, crushing, pelleting, cooling & screening and packaging to produce solid biomass fuel pellets featuring high density, convenient storage & transportation and high calorific value. Supported by the organic fertilizer pelleting process, it can simultaneously process livestock and poultry manure to produce organic fertilizer pellets, realizing dual production of energy fuel and organic fertilizer.

Drum Chipper
Cut long logs and bundled straw into standard 20-30mm fragments to meet feeding requirements of the subsequent crushing procedure.

Rotary Drum Dryer
The moisture content of raw materials generally ranges from 35% to 60%, while the optimal moisture range for biomass pelleting is 12% - 18%. The hot blast stove can burn self-produced pellets as heat source to realize self-sufficient energy for the production line and greatly cut external fuel consumption.

Water Drop Type Wood Sawdust Hammer Mill
The chipped and dried materials are further crushed to the fineness standard for pelleting. A magnetic separator is installed above the belt conveyor to remove iron wires and metal impurities so as to protect the molds of the main pellet mill. The crushed materials are temporarily stored in the buffer silo for uniform and stable feeding.

Vertical Pellet Mill (Top Choice for Large Production Lines)
It is applicable to various mixed biomass materials such as sawdust, straw, rice husk and bamboo. Capable of long-term continuous full-load operation, it produces pellets with high hardness and high forming rate, and is suitable for large scale automatic production lines with a capacity of 1t/h and above.

Horizontal Pellet Mill
Fits single pure raw materials with uniform fineness and dry fine texture. It features limited application scenarios and is mostly used for small dedicated production lines.

Cooler & Screener
Freshly extruded hot pellets are soft, fragile and prone to spontaneous combustion, which require rapid cooling for shaping. The machine automatically screens and classifies materials to separate intact qualified pellets, powder scraps and elongated defective products. Unqualified powder is sent back to the pellet main machine for secondary extrusion via the screw conveyor to achieve zero material waste, while qualified pellets are airtightly conveyed to the finished product silo.

Pellets Packing Machine
It realizes fully automatic weighing, sealing and bagging to greatly cut manual labor. Finished pellets are stored in vertical sealed silos to prevent moisture absorption and dust emission, facilitating centralized loading and outward transportation.

By simply replacing ring dies with different compression ratios, the line can process various materials such as sawdust, straw, bamboo and nut shells, producing biomass fuel pellets of multiple specifications on one single line.
High Raw Material Utilization And Ultra-Low Material Loss
Scraps and defective pellets are recycled for re-pelletizing in a closed loop. The overall raw material loss rate of the whole line is controlled within 3%, maximizing raw material utilization efficiency.
