Product Description
The Rotary Carbonization Stove, also known as a continuous carbonization furnace, is high-efficiency and energy-saving carbonization equipment. It converts biomass materials such as wood sawdust and peanut shells into charcoal. Capable of 24-hour uninterrupted carbonization, it supports simultaneous feeding and discharging for continuous production.
Features

Input Conveyor
Screw conveyor designed to feed raw materials into the carbonization furnace continuously.

Burner
16-20 gas burners are installed on both bottom sides of the furnace, delivering consistent and uniform heating for the carbonization cylinder.

Purification System
By-products including flue gas, wood vinegar and tar are produced in the carbonization process and fully captured by the tar recovery assembly.

Fire Protection Device
Fitted with automatic electronic ignition system, flame failure alarm device and auto reignition function for preheating operation.
