Applicable Raw Materials

Flat die pellet machines fit soft low-fiber materials, such as livestock feed like alfalfa, corn and soybean meal, light biomass including straw, fine sawdust and peanut shells, plus organic fertilizer raw materials of fermented manure and mushroom residues. Hard high-fiber materials like logs and palm shells are not applicable.

Flat Die Pellet Line produces dense cylindrical pellets from biomass, feed and organic fertilizer through chipping, crushing, drying, pelleting and packaging. With simple structure, low cost and small space demand, it suits small workshops. It offers lower pressure than ring die machines and fits soft low-fiber materials better.
