Complete Production Flow
The coal briquette production line is an automatic coal briquette processing system integrating crushing, drying, mixing, briquetting and secondary drying. It mainly processes unusable coal waste including coal fines, coal slime, coal dust, middlings, coal cinder and coke powder, and compresses them into standard coal balls, coal briquettes and square coal blocks. The finished briquettes are widely used for industrial boilers, metallurgy, chemical production, residential heating and kiln firing. This system solves the defects of raw coal such as uneven particle size, heavy dust pollution, low combustion efficiency and high loss in storage and transportation, realizing resource-based, high-efficiency and clean utilization of coal waste.
