Applicable Raw Materials
It is mainly applicable to loose agricultural and forestry wastes with crude fibers and features wide raw material adaptability with low crushing requirements, including corn straw, wheat straw, peanut vine, rice straw, tree branches, bark, sawdust, bamboo materials, bagasse, palm fiber, garden trimmings, etc. Long straws only need coarse crushing instead of fine grinding, which greatly cuts energy consumption in crushing process.

Complete Production Flow
The biomass briquetting production line is a complete forming system for agricultural and forestry waste. Raw materials go through chipping, crushing, drying and briquetting procedures to produce high-density solid fuels including square bales, round sticks, solid and hollow briquettes. Matched with a carbonization unit, the line can manufacture biomass carbon sticks and carbon briquettes to meet the requirements of combustion heating, carbonization processing, as well as volume reduction for storage and transportation.

Drum Chipper
It cuts logs and long straws into 20-30 mm chips without fine grinding required.

Hammer Mill Type A
Standard unit for high-output, fully automatic continuous production lines processing wood shavings and straw.

Hammer Mill Type B
Designed for batch self-use to produce sawdust, eliminating the need for conveying and dust removal systems.

Hot Air Sawdust Dryer
Suitable for fine dry sawdust, features small output, low investment and compact footprint.

Rotary Drum Dryer
Ideal for high-moisture mixed materials including wood chips and straw, supporting high-capacity continuous production and handling easily agglomerating raw materials.

Biomass Screw Briquetter
Adopting continuous spiral high-pressure extrusion, the machine compresses materials into hollow cylindrical fuel rods with high forming density, and no binder is required.

Hoist Type Carbonization Furnace
The briquettes can be further carbonized to produce high-calorific-value biomass charcoal and boost added value.
